Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping! Fees vary with destinations. Orders to addresses in the U.S. and Canada enjoy free shipping. We strive to ship the same day upon order receipt and payment confirmation.
We typically ship your order by UPS or FedEx. For bulk orders other shipping methods may be selected. For special requirements, please contact us with your request.
Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method used. Orders to the U.S. and Canada usually require 3-5 days to arrive. For international orders please allow up to 14 days.
Payment
We currently accept Master Card and VISA. If you would like to use another form of payment, please contact us with your request. We only charge your card when items are in stock and ready to ship.
We do not charge any sales tax except on orders shipped to a Florida address, but customs in certain countries may levy taxes or import duties on incoming goods. In such case we are not responsible for the fees incurred.
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped within the state of Florida. If you are ordering from out-of-state, you are responsible for any "Use Tax" liability in the state where you reside and/or work.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
With our 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us unused in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- A restocking fee of 15% is charged on returns.
- Please contact us to obtain an RMA prior to return.
- For unwanted products, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.
- For defective products, we shall issue a refund for reasonable return shipping fees, per our RMA instructions.
- Products returned must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Resellers Programs
We are seeking qualified resellers for certain areas. We have also selected territories available for sales representatives. Private label manufacturing programs are offered to qualified distributors. Please contact us for further details.
